We have a beautiful baby unit to provide dedicated care for your baby from 3 months old, with murals lovingly hand painted on every wall by our nursery owner. It consists of three main rooms:
...is the safest of environments for your little one to investigate, even before they have found their feet! It is filled with stimulating, tactile resources to provide your baby with endless opportunities to explore through their senses. As your baby starts to crawl and walk we facilitate their increased physical ability and natural curiosity with praise and encouragement and by carefully choosing equipment which offers diverse learning experiences appropriate to their level of development.
...foam, jelly, painting and making, sand, water, sticking and baking. In fact, all things messy! This is a place to get your child’s innate creativity flowing, or for them to discover new textures and sensations, whilst all the time practicing those all important fine motor skills.
...is a tranquil place where your child can drift into a peaceful sleep under the watchful gaze of Winnie and Tigger. We follow the sleep routines requested by you, and your baby will have freshly laundered bedding every day.
...and no matter how wonderful the environment, it is only as good as the people in it. The staff in our baby unit are specifically chosen for their love and knowledge of this age group. They will give your baby lots of individual attention, cuddles, eye contact, smiles and positive verbal interaction. They will fill your child’s day with laughter, singing, dancing and exciting group activities where your child will be able to interact with other children and practice their newly acquired skills. Our staff make learning fun and rewarding, and as your child grows more independent and confident, their achievements will be celebrated as they are sensitively encouraged to engage in more challenging and varied pursuits.
